Job Description
In this role, you will be our Customer Success Manager from start to finish - you will own the most critical aspect of our business: customer success. Your relationships with the customer will begin at the very beginning, sharing our vision of employment and learning the customer’s needs and priorities. You will then work with our internal teams to ensure that the customer’s role is successfully managed. Post candidate evaluation, you’ll present the top candidates to the customer and experience the fulfillment of your thrilled customer choosing their best match. To thrive in this role, you will need to be master customer-facing communication, relationship management, and working quickly with internal teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Relentlessly fight for customer success: the best talent in the world, for any role, delivered quickly
- Interview companies and learn key information: viability as a customer, roles to be hired, basic job description info, necessary testing for role, language requirement, etc.
- Generate demand by sharing our vision in a compelling manner
- Gather needed tools from internal team to launch job posting and evaluation of candidates
- Form deep relationships with customers and continually circle back throughout hiring process
- Deliver high-quality hires to your customers
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Experience and Education
- 3+ years of top performing sales and customer experience experience
- Background in consistently delivering customer success
- Bachelors degree from top-ranked college
- Client-facing professionalism and outspokenness

Total Compensation for this role is US $80,000/year at US $40/hour for the standard 40 hour work week.
