Job Description
In this role, you will be working closely with F1000 clients and our consulting resources to help drive our HRMS business. You will be enabling these clients to leverage our cutting-edge software to run mission critical components of their services. You will be counted on to become a subject matter expert on your customers – understanding their business inside and out – to help them succeed utilizing our revolutionary products. At gTeam, the customer’s needs are always the starting point. This role is 50% customer-facing and 50% internal-facing with our development and operations teams. The role is 100% remote, based from home, where you are generally free to arrange your work day to best deliver for your clients in the US.
Core competencies of a successful HRMS program director are a deep understanding of how benefits and payroll work in the US, the ability to look at customer pain points and diligently work to resolve, project management, technical support, client service and a comprehensive technical acumen across a broad spectrum of computing disciplines. You will need the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at a senior level across departments and organizations. You will also be expected to understand, prioritize and drive resolution of issues through hands-on involvement with accountability for all operational issues with the client. You will need to be able to negotiate with the customers on the levels of consulting needed and help our internal resources balance and hit deliverables. Problem solving skills are also critical with the ability to analyze an issue, become the key escalation point for the customer and identify and explain issue(s) to technical and non-technical resources and suggest mutually beneficial approaches to resolve the issue.
Key Responsibilities
- Derive customer success
- Managing accounts for long-term growth including the identification of new services opportunities to grow the footprint.
- Develop an understanding of each target client’s business, operations, and industry trends. Understand the client’s st rategic business and technology goals and create the proposed service approach and solution.
- Ability to develop senior level peer-based relationships at key accounts
- Ensure rapid response to consulting inquiries, and customer support queries while coordinating resources across our company
- Review and forecast the customers consulting needs and budget internal resources to accommodate the needs
- Keep a laser focus on achieving gross margin, utilization and net margin targets
- Provide expertise in services and solution delivery methodologies, to shape portfolio roadmaps
Desired Skills and Experience
Required experience and education
- 5+ years of hands-on HRMS Consulting experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a solution architect
- Experience as a technical program director
- 1+ years of experience as a senior account manager
- Strong domain knowledge of US human resources, payroll and benefits
- Work experience working with on and offshore delivery teams
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work US hours and upto 20% onsite travel to key customers

Total Compensation is US$150,000/year
