What do we need from you?
- Administer Oracle installations
- Perform backup and restore operations
- Write scripts to perform routine database operations
- Debug security and schema issues
- Create database documentation and schema scripts
Total compensation is US$15/ hour for a standard, full-time, 40-hour work week.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we need to see in your background:
- Ability to administer Oracle from the command line
- Proficiency in multiple database versions
- Proficiency in source control using SVN
- Proficiency in command line Linux using SSH
- The ability to fix problems and to convey issues to others
